All in all paypal is an excellent service provider.

All in all paypal is an excellent service provider for paypal for goods and services and paying family and friends. But it is a bit confusing when you have to refund something that as been paid through goods and services. Which I did recently and my balance did not add up to whats was received and refunded. Great to use but poor protection from scam

I have had 2 experiences where I have been scammed by sellers and items have been counterfeit and just not arrived and paypal protection wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026
