Paypal is generally easy to use, but is not perfect..

Paypal is generally easy to use, but navigating to ask questions, when you need to dispute something, or want help with a purchase problem, is not easy, they do not cover enough subjects on the drop-down menus. .No direct e mail contact could be found..or even a chat live facility..
