Paypal has a good, responsive user-interface. I've been using Paypal for several years and it's been helpful. In terms of customer support, they could provide more support during disputes. I faced an issue with a delivery, and made a dispute through PayPal. I was asked to enter the details of the delivery. I couldn't take the dispute further. It would've been great if I was sent an email with more details of the dispute. Reviewed on: 4th June 2024

My experience with PayPal has been excellent so far.

My experience with PayPal has been excellent so far. They provide long interest free terms (4months on most purchases) as well as pay in 3 plans. I have found it flexible and very user friendly. Statements are clear so I know what items will incur interest to help with planning my payments for the following month. Reviewed on: 4th June 2024
