Very poor customer service just when you need it

Very confusing information on transactions on 4 months interest free basis as opposed to standard transactions. Webchat was a disaster as AI bot never answered my questions and just kept repeating the same mantra. Tried calling a human but the process was so complicated on ID etc that I just gave up Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

A strong backbone.

Never had a problem with Paypal availability and easy user journey. When other payment methods have failed Paypal has always been there as an option. I have used them for years and they are the most trustworthy. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
