Great flexible service and user-friendly platform.

Great flexible service and user-friendly platform. The amount of payments options with PayPal are great. The interest rates for PayPal credit are fair and I can rely on PayPal for a safe payment method. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Problems with Dutch e-bike return.

Had trouble getting a refund from a Dutch electric bike supplier, bike was returned my money wasn't. Back and forth getting nowhere with the supplier for a week or so, got PayPal involved, monies back in my account the next day. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Wonderful for uni students

I’ve never had any issues with PayPal, it was especially useful when I was at uni, first for sending or receiving payments with people that I would probably never see again and also when my laptop broke a week before my assignment was due and I was able to buy a new one and pay it off interest free in my own time. This has been a life saver! Also useful when selling or buying things on Facebook marketplace. It doesn’t feel safe to hand out my bank details to people I don’t know so for that PayPal gives me a sense of security. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024
