Thumbs up for service, processes need work!

Largely positive. Could not give 5 stars due to a Direct Debit issue that resulted in me being charged late payment fees, despite my bank confirming a full set up. This was an unfortunate dip in otherwise great service over a number of years. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
