No problems at all

I have never encountered any problems using paypal. The process is easy. The customer service is excellent, Reminders of when payments are due and available offers. I recently saw a transaction on my paypal account that I didn’t recognise, I called customer service. I was only on hold for 2 minutes when a customer service advisor answered my call. They were polite and investigated the transaction whilst I remained on the call. It was infect my own transaction, but none the less the call was handled extremely well. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
