PayPal review

I only applied for a PayPal credit card as we were going to America. Whilst being there I had problems with using my card. When I spoke to someone one for help. All I was told was that it was blocked and not to use it for 72 hours, when I asked if it would work then her response was " it might work or might not work" which isnt really helpful when its your only source of money in a different country. Number 1 for a reason.

Flexible options, more trusted than Klarna

Only one negative, I have a direct debit set up. One month PayPal didnt collect the money, so tried charging me interest. I contacted with proof of the DD ajd this was refunded. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026

Good but can improve

PayPal is convenient and widely accepted, which makes sending and receiving money easy. The app and website are straightforward to use, and transactions are usually quick.
