The authorisation process is flaky.

The authorisation process is flaky. I have previously used PayPal credit to pay for my uk road tax. I worked perfectly. This time I tried the two different systems, opening the paypal app and opening the web site to access the approval. On both occasions no authorisation was received. I contacted customer support for paypal credit. They offered the verify solution but on accessing the site no window to verify the payment opened. They could only offer waiting for two hours and trying again. Having worked in Credit companies in the past I've not been that impresse with the PayPal CC system. Previously I tried to use the card and it was refused because the card is hosted in Germany! Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Peace of mind in a bank.

In this day age when we buy so much online it’s great to be able to keep track of everything in one place not only the finance of it but the delivery of it and when something goes wrong like I say all in one place Customer Service is absolutely excellent and all their operatives listen and carefully take it all in.
