The service has fallen apart, customer service is me...

The service has fallen apart, customer service is mediocre, none of them speak good English and they don't understand math, and now they're charging me extra for something I already paid for because the system processed it incorrectly. It's a disaster. I've been a customer for 10 years and I've never seen anything this bad in the last 3 years. I'm going to stop using PayPal. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

Paypal credit really works for me

Paypal credit really works for me, i like the option to buy something and pay it off over a few months without worrying about interest, and i also know a purchase is protected with paypal incase anything goes wrong from the suppliers side. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

Absolutely
