Paypal Credit Customer Service Advisors are excellent

Paypal credit customer services are good and I've always been able to get through to a real person to sort out any problems but one suggested improvement on the Paypal automated customer service telephone system would be to give customers an option to speak to a real person advisor immediately and skip the automated questions the computer agent asks, if it's urgent or not a simple problem. I have used PayPal for many years and it has always provided excellent service. It is a great alternative to paying by card or bank when that is not possible, and the buyer protection is reassuring. Great for protection

I have used PayPal credit because of the security it gave around buying products online. When I had an issue with a seller I was able to raise a case and get my money back when the product that arrived had a second product missing. Despite the seller using the delivery acknowledgement as proof of delivery, I was able to use the picture the courier took of the product delivered with PayPal to get my money back. If I had not used PayPal it would have been very difficult to get a positive resolution as quickly as I did. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

My experience using PayPal has been smooth and reliable. I find the platform easy to navigate, and transactions are usually processed quickly without issues. I especially appreciate the added layer of security when making online payments, as well as the convenience of linking multiple payment methods in one place.
