Seller refused refund resolved by PayPal

I had an issue with an item purchased online via PayPal. The item did not work when delivered and the vendor would only offer a small compensation and refused a full refund or to accept the item being returned. My Positive Experience With PayPal

In my experience, PayPal has been a fantastic service to use. I regularly use PayPal Pay in 3, which has made managing larger purchases much more convenient and affordable. I also use PayPal Credit, and I’ve found it to be a flexible and reliable way to spread costs when needed. On top of that, whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, PayPal’s customer service team has always been helpful, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. all round excellent service that is customer focussed

PayPal is such an easy and seamless service that connects with Apple wallet. I love the 3 month interest free purchase option and have used that more times than I can remember. I also love the added level of buyer protection and the robust investigations that PayPal does when yoi feel something is awry with a merchant - such an excellent all round service!
