Excellent help with scammers

The main reason is that when scammers were using PayPal to take payments for a fake business service (Liscenece Plates), no one in the UK would help me (Police / Credit Beuru), but when i spoke with paypal they investigated it, took my evidence, and after a day or two they refunded me everything and told me they would look into shutting the company down. they really helped out, and their call centers even through they are out the countery , gave me excellent service and i couldn't have asked for better.
