Easy to use but interest can add up quickly

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for some time now and overall it’s been a convenient way to spread the cost of purchases. The application process was quick, and it’s easy to manage payments through the app. The promotional interest-free periods are useful if you can pay on time. However, if you miss a payment or don’t clear the balance within the offer period, the interest can be quite high. Customer service is okay but can sometimes take time to respond. It’s a helpful option if used carefully, but you need to stay on top of payments to avoid extra charges. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2026

Highly recommend

Very simple and easy to use. All the benefits of having a credit card but without having to have the actual card. Payment schedules are made clear and good reminders so that you don’t forget. Great to have 0% interest for the first 3 months. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2026
