I experience difficulty setting up my direct debit o...

I experience difficulty setting up my direct debit on my single current account because it's tied to my French PayPal account which I couldn't verify as I had relocated beck to England before I could verify the account. It has proved difficult to resolve this as you have different customer service for the two regions. This has gone on for years so I am unable to set up my direct debit. It's infuriating.
