Excellent customer service.

I have been with PayPal now for a long number of years. I have never had a problem and customer service has been amazing. There was an incident where someone tried to access my account but the people at PayPal stopped it and notified me. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

As a customer, my experience with PayPal Credit has been very positive overall. I use PayPal all the time!

I use PayPal both for instant payments and also for credit. I love the fact that I can have all my cards in one place and choose which one to use. I appreciate the security and feel save using PayPal. They have recently introduced a point earning scheme which, together with partnerships with retailers makes it well worth using.
