Good addition to paypal

Very useful offer for people who can’t afford upfront costs. I use this quite often. I did have a little trouble setting up the automatic monthly payments so being as forgetful as me could be an issue for going over the credit limit before interest Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

I have been a user of paypal credit for several year...

I have been a user of paypal credit for several years now and have found that the service - amongst paypals other offerings have always offered whats needed. Namely flexibility and the option to choose how and when I need to pay for a purchase. The process is always clear, quick (but considered) and offers a good blend of usage for necessary but also fun purchases. I find the reminders and bills and options to set up a DD very valueable as well as how easy it is to make additional payments. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Honest review from a regular Paypal credit user

I find it really handy to have to buy bigger purchases given that you get 4 months to pay it back before you’re charged interest. I found the customer service wasn’t the best when I had an issue, but that’s usually the case when it’s online chat based customer service. I don’t like that when you get a refund for an item bought with PayPal credit it doesn’t reduce the total from that transaction but from whatever transaction is due to end first. I’d like to see the refund show from the payment paid to the place of purchase so I know I’ve been refunded correctly. Also when you make a payment to PayPal credit it isn’t paid instantly it can take up to 2 days to show on your PayPal account/statement which I find annoying when trying to budget.
