I really value the 'Pay in 3' feature.

I really value the 'Pay in 3' feature. It’s been a lifesaver when I’m low on cash and waiting for payday, as it lets me split my purchases into three manageable chunks. The process is quick and it’s great for budgeting without having to pay everything upfront. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Haven’t had to contact costumer service at all.

Haven’t had to contact costumer service at all. Use PayPal for all my online purchases, haven’t had any issues with years of use. Makes me happier shopping online with that extra layer of security. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Various options on payment make it great

The pay over 3 months option is incredibly useful and even better that it is interest free. in relation to their credit card it is easy to use but when you get a refund/credit to your account it shows as an adjustment and then you need to work out where it comes from - this is frustrating at times and hopefully is something they correct over time. I could give excellent on every level but there’s one thing I felt disappointing is I’ve tried to book flights twice with PayPal pay in 3 the payment was taken by PayPal and showed approved but on booking page it was saying awaiting payment then it was timed out after limited period and got cancelled twice then I tried to contact PayPal about my payment to get refund there’s only option to call PayPal not messaging or emailing services it says I can’t report anything for pending payment well then I called PayPal and waited for more than fifteen to twenty minutes on first call and got answered on second call it didn’t late that much thank you Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
