I’ve been a PayPal customer for years and they have...

I’ve been a PayPal customer for years and they have been very reliable when it comes to my purchases and the queries I may have. Customer service is very easy to contact and they are always very helpful to assist me. I find that if there are places that use PayPal I gravitate towards them because I know it’s a reliable way to spend money and be looked after incase things go wrong. The pay in 3 option is also a good option for those purchases you want to split but also the introduction of the debit card and earning points has really upped the game. Excellent way to spread cost of items without interest.

Excellent way to spread cost of items without interest. Easy to make use and access. I like the way PayPal keep you updated when payments are due and paid. I haven’t had the need for customer services so was unable to rate higher than neutral. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
