PayPal Pay in 3 is a Buy Now, Pay Later option that lets eligible UK customers split the cost of an online purchase into three interest-free instalments.

There are no interest, setup or late fees for eligible purchases, and eligible transactions are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Great service

Have not had the need to contact customer services therefore cannot comment. I found the Pay in 3 very useful at the time of buying and big item. It allowed me to manage my finances better without the stress of having to struggle for a month of buying outright. Prompt reminders that instalment due. Option to set up direct debit but I found the reminders enough. Thank you PayPal. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Excellent service. I use pay in 3 all the time. Spreads the cost just long enough, interest free, saves pulling all the money out in one go. I love it. Im a pensioner on a budget so its perfect for me! Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Super Easy and Convenient

I prefer to use Paypal for the sheer convenience of not having to go find my wallet, read the 16 digit number from the back, the expiry date and the 3 digit number. One click and it's done. Also Paypal credit is an invaluable tool for unforeseen higher spends. Everything is super transparent and easy to manage. Great Way to Spread the Cost

I've had a great experience using the Pay in 3 installments option. It makes managing my budget much easier because I can spread the cost of larger purchases into three interest-free payments instead of paying everything upfront.
