Careless, ungrateful, no empathy

Paypal isn's good or worth using like before, especially if you get scamed off your money they don't look into it properly despite uploading a proof, cateless to investigate the seller or look into small details and close the case, until you re-apeal and open the case even then takes so long! NEgative part is whilst your case is under ivestigation your money is still withdrawn when made payment in 3 parts.VEry dissapointing. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026

Needs huge improvement

I used to use PayPal pay in 3 all the time, was great with my payments and always paid on time or sometimes even earlier. Randomly, I was stopped from using it and no one tried to help me with the situation. It now allows me to use it again a year later, but I've been restricted to a much smaller amount which is really frustrating and doesn't make any sense. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026

I've used PayPal for years.

I've used PayPal for years. They have always made paying easy to manage and their platform even easier to navigate, it's quite literally fool proof. Their added layers of security give ease of mind when it comes to any financial transaction made with them. Whether online or via the App they are there all of the way. Piece of mind

Love Pay in 3

I have used PayPal for 5 years now and never had any problems with it. Pay in 3 is a very helpful tool for spreading larger payments over a wider period and has helped alleviate financial strain, especially for expensive concert tickets. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
