Back in March I queried a transaction appearing in my feed - in state PENDING. I was told it was an APP issue, then I when I demonstrated that it was visible via the Web I was told it would clear. Today (late June!) I needed 4 attempts just to get through to a person, a person who "explained" the reason it was STILL there - effectively by saying "it is there for a reason".
