Not always available?

I wish pay in 3 could be used.with a credit card. I ,however, find pay in 3 to be a great way to budget on larger purchases. I recently paid for a.short holiday via PayPal but the pay in 3 option did not come.up at payment. I'm.not sure why but after this purchase I had a couple of emails reminding me about pay in 3....not sure if I need to reactivate something to be offered pay in 3 again but I was disappointed it didn't come up as a payment option at the point of pay.
