My paypal experiences have always been perfect.

My paypal experiences have always been perfect. I have never had a time where I had to wait for a response. I can buy something that I need or want and I know that I have the paypal : pay in 3 ability if I have insufficient funds to pay for it straight away. I do everything I need via paypal. Be safe and secure ..
