I have used pay in 3 frequently.

I have used pay in 3 frequently. I find this way of payment flexible and works for me in purchases that I may require a return and so I’m not missing the full amount from my bank account. I haven’t ever had to use customer services for this specific service so I can’t comment on it. However, in terms of value for money I’m not seeing how the service has a price, I understand the amount is ultimately a loan until full payment is made but this is not unheard of.
