Couldn’t use PP Debit for a month

Card declined and I couldn’t use the service for a month even after speaking to what seems like every department on the phone. Then one day it’s working again, I didn’t get a follow up to say what was wrong or anything. Now today I wake up with another decline when there’s clearly money in my connected account. Works seamlessly - lots of vendors and retailers adopting the service - easy to use with clear, concise instructions with how payment are split and how they get paid back - with an option to clear earlier if you want to. customer support is very helpful if you get stuck and need a hand as well and pretty easy to get in touch with.
