Speed and convenience

PayPal is my go-to payment method simply because it's convenient, straightforward, quick and offers me payment protection. It's not perfect. Customer service can be slow and messages only seem to be able to be accessed via the website, not the app, which makes no sense. Also I'm having great difficulty finding out why I can't transfer my funds to my bank account. But when I had a no show on an order, I got my money back quite quickly with minimum hassle, and in today's world of online ordering and scam sellers, that's important. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026
