Doesn’t Value Customer Loyalty

Had a house fire in 2024 the day after I did food shopping using my pay 3. I didn’t even get to eat the food, I had just came out of the hospital and was homeless for months due to the fire, so I was late on ONE payment. I explained my situation to customer service however pay in 3 has been blocked on my account ever since. After using pay in 3 for years prior to this with no issues, I expected better than this.
