Always an easy transaction when using PayPal, never felt safer making purchases than with PayPal, you’re always 100% protected and can shop freely and comfortably. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Used once or twice. No issues

I have only used this a couple of times but as there is no interest to Pay, then value for money is rated as excellent. I've rated customer service as Neutral as I haven't used the PayPal customer service for Pay in 3. I would recommend to friends on the whole. Only didn't rate 10 because I wouldn't recommend to anyone who had difficulty managing money as I think a "Pay in 3" system can sometimes be tricky to remember for those not on top of their outgoings and therefore they may fall into difficulties. Quick and easy to use

PayPal is so easy to use, accepted by pretty much everyone. quick, simple, and with the options nowto split payments into 3 or use PayPal credit is even better. and these days it feels like it's the safest option to use when buying online.. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

I felt let down by customer services, when I mistake...

I felt let down by customer services, when I mistakenly signed up for a subscription. They did not help me, even though I contacted them straight away. I felt dismissed by customer services. It was difficult to navigate the app to appeal. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
