PayPal:Pay in 3 - great budgeting tool

I use PayPal:Pay in 3 on a monthly and sometimes even weekly basis. It helps me organise my finances and keep my spending in track easier. Offers more freedom and a bit more space shortening the time we have to wait in order to make some purchases. I adore and most of my friends are using now often too.
