Yes, PayPal has good customer service.

PayPal has good customer service. For example, when I had a dispute with a supplier, the issue was resolved fairly, and I was protected from a scammer. PayPal has been fair with refunds; I got my money back when I deserved it, and the supplier was favored when I didn't. Technical issues were fixed with online support, and changes in terms and conditions were communicated in advance. Overall, I'm happy with the service so far. An excellent way of financing those larger purchases.

An excellent way of financing those larger purchases that are just out of reach of a single payment. I have used this on several occasions to facilitate such a purchase. The only drawback is that it can lead one into temptation to acquire something that is not truly necessary, but so far I have managed to resist this. Overall, it is a very useful tool.
