Perfect Pet made understanding insurance easy!

At first I found looking for pet insurance very confusing. There were so many to choose from and I didn't understand most of the jargon. I was looking for cover for my dachsund, so that any future issues she may have could be covered. I had a dachshund as a child who was not insured and she had to be put down because we could not afford the surgery! I did not want this to happen to my current dachshund! I found perfect pet through compare the market. I was very pleased they offered such a good deal and decided to go with them as they made understanding the details so easy. Thank you! Great cover at a great price.

We are new to pet insurance but following a recommendation from friends who have used Perfect Pet for years, we reviewed plans and found them to provide great cover at an affordable price. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Administrative enquiries, no claim made

I’ve thankfully not yet needed to make a claim, so I cannot provide any insight into the level of service/ease of making a claim. However, I’ve been in touch a few times to make some changes to my policy, such as updating address details, adding a pet to the policy and updating neutering status and the customer service have always been friendly and super helpful. The only thing I found an issue was the phone wait times, I’d maybe suggest having more advisors on the phone lines at any one time or hiring more advisors. I’d find a long wait time very stressful if I were waiting for advice on making a claim/hearing whether a claim would be covered. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
