Review of the Perfect Pet Insurance, Pet Insurance:

Perfect Pet made understanding insurance easy!

5
At first I found looking for pet insurance very confusing. There were so many to choose from and I didn't understand most of the jargon. I was looking for cover for my dachsund, so that any future issues she may have could be covered. I had a dachshund as a child who was not insured and she had to be put down because we could not afford the surgery! I did not want this to happen to my current dachshund! I found perfect pet through compare the market. I was very pleased they offered such a good deal and decided to go with them as they made understanding the details so easy. Thank you! Do not get bit

Don’t get bit!! Scammers of the tallest order. Like others here, I’ve been appalled by my first experience with Pretense Pets. The time it took to come to the decision of refusing my cllaim and the number of emails back and forth (it must be close to 20 now), with only the last one documented my dogs disqualifying history points to a flawed and most unprofessional service by their claims team. My gut feeling is their tactics are to divert, drain and beat the claimant into submission and this appears a classic case of this. No mention of appeals in their last email points to a company with something to hide. With that in mind and whilst putting this review on various sites warning of their unbecoming conduct , if they don’t provide me with details of where I can escalate this matter either, that’ll be added to their wholly disingenuous motives too, Reviewed on: 3rd June 2023
