Ripping off your customers

My first year’s renewal was emailed. After reviewing the documents, despite not making any claims my premium had increased by over £70. Not being given any alternative way, I had to called to cancel. Although the agent was pleasant, I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She was however obviously reading from a script- assuming it was reasons I should stay, which of course i didn’t. I then went on a comparison site where you again were the cheapest, offering premium lower than my first year! You simply tried to rip me off at renewal. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
