No point looking anywhere else for Pet Insurance

Yes, it might be a little pricey. But Petplan have never been slow in paying. Our old girl is now having to have regular checkups, she is on 3 pills a day and Petplan have never argued. It is such a relief knowing that the furry ones are always going to be able to get the care they need. No matter how old they get. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

Our cocker spaniel Sammy had cancer and was sent to a specialist…it was sudden, frightening, vet dramatic and sole destroying…totally out of the blue. Pet plan…well what can I say. I was so impressed with the ease, the support and understanding pet plan provided. It was was what you need going through this horribleness. It was all on-line so you don’t have worry about breaking down and explaining everything over and over again. The vet bill rapped up so quickly, but they paid up…it made things so much easier. We are still heart broken. I won’t go anywhere else for pet plan support…I’ve had a friend who had the opposite experience. Honestly, pet plan are the best. I can’t praise enough. IMHO it's the best

I've had three Lowchens in the 24 years and have used Pet Plan for all of them. Other friends have complained about their insurance policies letting them down. I've not once experienced that with Pet Plan. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

any enquiry done over the phone the reps are super friendly helpful and informative

i cannot fault the employees they know what they talking about and are extremely willing to help without making the whole experience complicated. it’s easy to claim for vet fees and you can claim without any problems as the claim site is easy to follow and the vets fill in all the medical reasons etc once the claim form is sent electronically to them. easy peasy as they say Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

I have 4 pets insured with pet plan and have made one claim recently. Very quick to respond and ask for what is reasonable. A lot of insurers try to avoid paying claims I find by making it difficult for the customer to claim. Pet plan is not like this at all. They are reasonable, fast, and have extremely friendly and helpful staff. I’m in awe of their service. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021
