Been excellent whenever had to claim fast and without fuss and caring assistance

My cat was kicked and needed an operation to pin the broken bones which was very stressful for her and us as you can imagine this required specialist operation which cost a lot of money but petplan dealt with this in such a way that helped and dealt with the payment in such a way we were not stressed about it Reviewed on: 28th August 2021

After weeks of searching for the right insurance policy for our first dog it was a minefield. Going through Petplan and their policies was a very easy process, everything is clear and explained easily. Hopefully if ever needed the claiming process will be just as easy. Reviewed on: 28th August 2021

We took out pet plan insurance as soon as we got our dog. When she was 2 she became seriously ill and pet plan covered all the costs and were very quick to sort payment out with the vets. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

Great cover from day one!

We took out pet plan cover after the 3 months free cover ended. Only paid for one month when our dog needed surgery and petplan covered it all. Amazing! So totally trust them to have our family member covered. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

Amazing help and understanding when needed the most!
