I wouldn't go with any other insurer. Covered for life is great....really takes the pressure off knowing your pets are covered. Petplan have always paid my claims very quickly! Reviewed on: 26th August 2021

Always prompt and fair. I have been grateful for the cover provided by Petplan throughout the lives of my many dogs. My dogs current are getting older and I have used my policy much more over the last year, the online claiming process is even easier than before and the link with the my vet makes the whole experience very smooth. Thankfully our cat keeps very well but it is good to have the piece of mind that any health worries costs are safely covered. In the past, our much loved rabbits had numerous trips to the vet including one with a broken leg. The best care was always provided and with out the worry of in expected cost. I have taken a claim out for my dog who had a freak accident. I put my claim in and there has been no hesitation as to paying it or any more questions needed at such a hard time. They have been amazing and can not fault anything about them. Reviewed on: 26th August 2021
