Always helpful and never had any problems and pay up all the time I have a claim. They always think and care for our animals . I would say best pets insurance around. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Petplan always paid our vet direct for Taubers elbow Dysplasia operation

Our GSD had surgery for elbow dysplasia ,PRP and stem cell treatment. In this stressful period PP paid the specialist vet direct and promptly.Tauber also later suffered from an autoimmune skin disease which required ongoing treatment with immunosuppressents. Amazing cover and advise

Petplan are amazing, when I was choosing which insurance to go with I looked at loads of different companies and petplan stood out the most with the wide range of plans cover, it is very affordable, I have a corgi and thought insurance would be very expensive but with petplan I don't have to worry about costs. Petplan send lovely emails with pet advise and tips which I found very helpful when Dennis, my dog, was a puppy they help with toilet training and socialisation. I would 100% recommend petplan to anyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Awful company to get hold of

Tied to call and web chat. No one ever answers and web chat. All agents are always busy. Can’t check on a claim because your saying my policy number is incorrect. Needs letters adding to it. No clear answers. Checked on my documents to says oops page no longer available. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Superb Service for Sixteen Years!

My dog is sixteen and we’ve been with PetPlan all his life. Claims are simple and processing is very efficient. Over all these years treatments have progressed and I’ve always had peace of mind and reassurance that I can do my very best for Wilbur with PetPlan helping to look after us.
