Awful company to get hold of

Tied to call and web chat. No one ever answers and web chat. All agents are always busy. Can’t check on a claim because your saying my policy number is incorrect. Needs letters adding to it. No clear answers. Checked on my documents to says oops page no longer available. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Superb Service for Sixteen Years!

My dog is sixteen and we’ve been with PetPlan all his life. Claims are simple and processing is very efficient. Over all these years treatments have progressed and I’ve always had peace of mind and reassurance that I can do my very best for Wilbur with PetPlan helping to look after us. We have been insuring with Petplan since 2006. We have looked at alternative providers but there are no comparisons. Yes there is cheaper cover, but there are also lots of exclusions or/and additional fees. We have always found Petplan to provide comprehensive and easy to understand cover. A prime example of this is our beloved Millie, who has been insured with Petplan from a pup, on a Covered For Life® policy. This has covered her recently discovered Cushings Disease/Syndrome and, as well as past dental treatmet and operations on her back legs. They are quick to assess the claims and pay out promptly. It is also easy to access cover details and documentation on-line. For Petplan the old mantra "you get what you pay for" really is true. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

a great straightforward way to protect you loved pets, the plans are easy to choose from, they make it easy to understand, the options are perfect to suit your needs and affordability. its great peace of mind to know that my cleo is covered and will be covered for life, hopefully she doesn't develop any health conditions but it brings me peace to know petplan are there to help us and support us if she does.
