Reliable and quick to pay

The premiums are not cheap but they’ve paid out for all my cat’s treatment for diabetes over the last 4 years and now ongoing treatment for hyperthyroidism. My cats are in good shape thanks to the treatments that many would struggle to afford without insurance. They keep me informed and process each claim quickly. Fuss free claims

Great insurance, would never go anywhere else

My boy Sam has been ill since 6months old with first IBD and then attacked with meningitis which damaged the frontal lobe of the brain. He had to have numerous tests first then after diagnosis many sessions of chemotherapy. Pet plan were great, they dealt with the vets and paid each time, no qualms at all. Petplan always paid our vet direct for Taubers elbow Dysplasia operation

Our GSD had surgery for elbow dysplasia ,PRP and stem cell treatment. In this stressful period PP paid the specialist vet direct and promptly.Tauber also later suffered from an autoimmune skin disease which required ongoing treatment with immunosuppressents. Again PP paid the claims with no delays .Would not consider any other pet insurance Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Amazing cover and advise

Petplan are amazing, when I was choosing which insurance to go with I looked at loads of different companies and petplan stood out the most with the wide range of plans cover, it is very affordable, I have a corgi and thought insurance would be very expensive but with petplan I don't have to worry about costs. Petplan send lovely emails with pet advise and tips which I found very helpful when Dennis, my dog, was a puppy they help with toilet training and socialisation. I would 100% recommend petplan to anyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
