Simple easy cover, first class customer service

Good level of cover, super easy to make a claim (if you’re able to navigate to this page and read this review you could fill out a form in under 5 minutes). Spoke to customer service on the phone & on the online chat and both were kind, helpful and made things simple to understand. 5*s would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Safety for my fur baby

After my first cat going through so much stress and sickness and pet plan having done so much to help us keep her going, there was no way I was going to trust anyone else to cover my new family member. What else can you ask? An insurance policy that actually is useful when you need it? It seems not much to ask but PetPlan are one of the few that follow through with their promsie and don't make it super difficult to claim. Cheers PetPlan! Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Excellent cat insurance fir a multicat household

I adopted a mother cat and boy and girl twins in December 2020 from Cats Protection. I took out Petplan classic for life multicat insurance straight away. Lexy, Buddy and Izzy settled in very well and are ruling the house! Izzy, the girl kitten was diagnosed with pancreatitis in May and I made my first insurance claim. Petplan paid it within just a few days. I was very impressed and have no hesitation in strongly recommending Petplan. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
