I have been with Pet Plan for the last 9years, since my dog was a puppy. I have never had a problem with them, no fuss when claiming and nothing extra to worry about when my dog has been unwell. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Simple easy cover, first class customer service

Good level of cover, super easy to make a claim (if you’re able to navigate to this page and read this review you could fill out a form in under 5 minutes). Spoke to customer service on the phone & on the online chat and both were kind, helpful and made things simple to understand. 5*s would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Safety for my fur baby

After my first cat going through so much stress and sickness and pet plan having done so much to help us keep her going, there was no way I was going to trust anyone else to cover my new family member. What else can you ask? An insurance policy that actually is useful when you need it? It seems not much to ask but PetPlan are one of the few that follow through with their promsie and don't make it super difficult to claim. Cheers PetPlan! Reviewed on: 11th August 2021
