The claim form was available on line. Very simple to fill in. The longest part of process is own vets taking a couple of weeks to return their part of the form. Is there any way this can be speedier. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Petplan I would recommend

Insurance my dog with them when she was puppy and now she is 9 years old. Last 12 months I have used my insurance more than normal due to my dog treatments she had. I have been with Pet Plan for the last 9years, since my dog was a puppy. I have never had a problem with them, no fuss when claiming and nothing extra to worry about when my dog has been unwell. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
