Great service consistently

My dog has Sddisons disease which will need life long treatment monthly. Pet Plan have paid out promptly every month and. The process is so easy. It was worth paying for a higher quality policy for my beloved poodle. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021

Great communications and pay on time

Whether going direct through the vets or applying online after paying the vet ourselves, PetPlan always pay on time but if there's something holding it up such as info from the vet they keep you informed. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. It's reassuring as our dogs get older to know that costs will be mostly covered. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Peace of mind

Petplan is amazing. They truly care about their clients and pets and I feel s confident recommending them. They are very clear on their coverage, and very helpful when you need clarification. Covers a lot of different things you may encounter when you own a pet, it's very reassuring to know what I am covered for

Very detailed breakdowns of your cover and overall price for the insurance is something I am beyond happy with, luckily I haven't had to make any claims on my insurance, hopefully will stay that way for a long time but for me it's the reassurance of my companion is safe and in good hands if he ever needs it Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Brilliant company

My springer spaniel was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia at 7 months old, petplan have covered everything from his medication, scans, orthopaedic specialist appointments and physiotherapy. Very easy to claim and they pay the vets directly. Also had separate issues and they've settled quickly and easy. They also sent me an orthopaedic dog bed free of charge after the diagnosis which was lovely. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
