Few months ago my had two tooths removed. My vet send claim , i recived my money back after few days . VERY QICK SERVICE. the customer service on the phone very friendly and helphul . I m with petlan few years but definetly woudn t change Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

We have a lot of pets insured with petplan and everytime we've needed them they have been there. Dreadful 2 years for us but they always paid out quickly and helpful on the phone. Cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

The staff at petplan are unbeatable, always helpful, polite and have always got time to explain anything you might need to know about your insurance policy.
