We have a lot of pets insured with petplan and everytime we've needed them they have been there. Dreadful 2 years for us but they always paid out quickly and helpful on the phone. Cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

The staff at petplan are unbeatable, always helpful, polite and have always got time to explain anything you might need to know about your insurance policy. When you need them they will be there!

When our previous dog was diagnosed with lymphoma at 6 years old petplan insurance covered the claim. Without the cover and petplan insurance we may have not been able to have done the treatment. Having petplan meant we got nearly 2 years with our gorgeous boy. No issues claiming paid direct to vet. They were there when we needed them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
