When our previous dog was diagnosed with lymphoma at 6 years old petplan insurance covered the claim. Without the cover and petplan insurance we may have not been able to have done the treatment. Having petplan meant we got nearly 2 years with our gorgeous boy. No issues claiming paid direct to vet. They were there when we needed them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

I've been with petplan for many years with a variety of dogs and cats. Costs are reasonable and every time I've made a claim they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently with no stress for me. Whenever I've had to cancel a policy the staff have been caring and compassionate making all necessary changes quickly to ensure I'm not paying more than I should, making a difficult time just a little easier and less painful Reviewed on: 15th July 2023

Total Peace of Mind for over 25 years!

I've been insuring my beloveds cats and dogs (about 18 rescues over the years) with Petplan for 25 years and it gives me total peace of mind. I always know I am able to get my pets treated by the vet at the first sign of illness. This is especially important with the ever rising vet's charges and general cost of living, and now I am retired and living on a restricted income.. Petplan offer a choice of plans, all providing excellent cover.. I highly recommend Petplan to anyone with pets. Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
