Supportive when you need them most

Petplan was easy to set up and my vets can even deal direct with them. Claims are settled promptly taking a lot of the stress out of looking after your pet when it is ill. Competitively priced insurance but with agents on hand to offer support when you need them most Reviewed on: 12th July 2023

You get what you pay for!

Very happy to have been a customer for my pets for the last 16 years. Never had an issue claiming and very helpful that my vets and any referral I have been too have been happy to do a direct claim. The ability to ‘preauthorise’ claims is great as it gives me the ability to make an informed decision about my pets veterinary needs. Great insurance company

I have all three of my pets insured with Petplan and I’m confident that if I need to claim, it will be paid promptly with little to no effort from me. Unfortunately one of my cats was very sick last year and has an ongoing chronic condition. It’s reassuring that Petplan will continue to cover her condition for life and haven’t charged me more for claiming, in fact, my insurance only increased by a small amount at renewal, despite me claiming in the thousands. Great Insurance.

If I didn't have Petplan insurance I wouldn't have my precious pet. My vet submits my claims, I'm informed when Petplan receive them and pay them. No quibbles just fast efficient payment. Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

Stress free pet insurance

I dont think my words can do petplan justice but i will try! Helpful, friendly, caring, no stress. My pet has been so poorly which has been so stressful for me, Petplan took away any added stress of needing to claim and get my pet well. I honestly cant recommend you enough. BEST COMPANY FOR PETS

I had to claim unfortunately due to my 4 year old beloved dog becoming so ill over a period of 5 days before she evening passed. We had to use 3 different vets and a pet hospital. Petplan made the process so easy and took the stress away during a very emotional time. My pet also passed on the 30th December so over new year which didn't impact the claim times.
