Petplan are BRILLIANT!

My German shepherd was extremely poorly petplan supported me almost through our difficult time. They have continued to support me and my German shepherd. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Best by far

I have my dog insured with Pet plan who is now 12, and I have had Pet plan insurance since he was a puppy. Whenever I have made a claim the procedure is so simple. My vet submit the claims for me, I receive a text from Pet Plan advising they have received it, and then another text to advise payment made. The simplest claims I ever made. Payout

A plan you can trust

Easy to set up, good website. This is my first time with pet plan, I found it good value & its good to know my vet will deal directly with them taking away some of the worries should my pet fall ill. Reviewed on: 12th July 2023

Fast, Reliable and Stick by their promises

Fantastic insurance, stand by their word in their policies, no issues no excuses and settle accounts quickly with the vets... made a stressed furbaby parents life a lot easier knowing they are there to financially support where they can. highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 12th July 2023

Supportive when you need them most

Petplan was easy to set up and my vets can even deal direct with them. Claims are settled promptly taking a lot of the stress out of looking after your pet when it is ill. Competitively priced insurance but with agents on hand to offer support when you need them most Reviewed on: 12th July 2023

You get what you pay for!

Very happy to have been a customer for my pets for the last 16 years. Never had an issue claiming and very helpful that my vets and any referral I have been too have been happy to do a direct claim. The ability to ‘preauthorise’ claims is great as it gives me the ability to make an informed decision about my pets veterinary needs. Great insurance company

I never have to worry about my 3 pets getting ill as they are all covered by Pet Plan so I know their treatment will always be covered with no quible Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

Insurance you can trust

I have all three of my pets insured with Petplan and I’m confident that if I need to claim, it will be paid promptly with little to no effort from me. Unfortunately one of my cats was very sick last year and has an ongoing chronic condition. It’s reassuring that Petplan will continue to cover her condition for life and haven’t charged me more for claiming, in fact, my insurance only increased by a small amount at renewal, despite me claiming in the thousands.
