Peace of mind pet health care

Having discovered our dog Tia had a mass cell tumour on her leg it was a tremendous relief to us that the pet plan insurance covered the cost of treatment. We have insured Tia with pet plan insurance from a puppy and this has always given us the reassurance that if anything affecting her health she could receive the treatment she required. Obviously you hope that you never need to use it, but when needed how invaluable it. Pet plan have been great a no hassle straight forward stress free claims procedure all processed from our vets practice. Reviewed on: 20th August 2020

Simply the best ....

How to sum up .... perhaps a wee bit more expensive but that gets you no quibble, no horrendous rise in premium when you make a claim and putting in a claim is now incredibly easy on line. I constantly recommend Pet Plan to anyone who asks me. Great company!! Reviewed on: 16th August 2020

No problems with paying the vet direct

My gsd Nala was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 6 months she was on pain meds and had a hip replacement op in March there was absolutely no problem with pet plan paying out straight to the vet great insurance Reviewed on: 15th August 2020

Excellent Claims Service

After many years of not having a need to make a claim, we have unfortunately, had to make 3 claims recently for two of our dogs. The whole process was so simple and easy with the claim being settled quickly. I was told years ago (by a chartered insurer), that you can only tell how good an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. Based on this advice, these guys are outstanding. I would not consider anyone else, they might be a bit dearer, but you get what you pay for and we have had experience with cheaper companies in the past wriggling out of paying the claim. Its Starts Well Which Is A Good Bode!

I had heard from other people that this was a good pet insurance so when I was offered a free first month by my vet I went for it. I am new to this but Augustus Gunn, rag doll, aged 13 weeks is simply the best anyone could dream of, so I must cover him against the bad eventualities. Always looked after me

I had my last cat insured through petplan. I took out the 'covered for life' policy when he was very young. For the last 3 yrs of his life he had kidney problems and needed lots of different tests and meds. I wouldn't have been able to afford his treatment and was so glad I made that decision many years earlier. I now have my current cat on the same policy and know that the help will be there when I need it. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020
