Great pet cover

Might be bit more expensive but so Worth it, easy for vets to deal with and no issues and we unfortunately have had to make a few claims, direct Payment to vet even during COVID Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Pet plan has been there for me from day one with my dog Bailey. We have had a rough ride Bailey and I with his health and pet plan have been there every step of the way. They are understanding, reassuring, supportive and most of all helpful. They are quick to pay out claims either directly to the vets or just as quick to reinburse fees that I had already paid out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner and I have in the past too. Well worth the money every month. It is such a good feeling to know when someone has your back in a terrible emotional time like when your pet is sick. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Been with them for last 5 years ,they do pay up no issues , what l dont like no claim in last 3 years insurance increases by large amount every year , Not happy customer . I have a large breed . But no claims on car insurance price of policy go down . They put it up. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Reliable when you need it most

Petplan has always responded quickly and with clear communication (text, email) about the claim procedure. I've had to rely on them a few times and I'm grateful everytime that their process works well, also making it easier on the vets to get the claims done. Expensive & hard to talk to

No claims but keep putting the price up each year by a massive amount. Understand the cats are getting older but it shouldn’t go up that much + prices are cheaper as a new customer which they won’t match. Trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Worry elevated in one chat!!

Peace of mind.

Petplan have been my insurance provider for over 15 years. They have always been there for support, advice and to help with the vet bills.
