Expensive & hard to talk to

No claims but keep putting the price up each year by a massive amount. Understand the cats are getting older but it shouldn’t go up that much + prices are cheaper as a new customer which they won’t match. Trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Worry elevated in one chat!!

Peace of mind.

Petplan have been my insurance provider for over 15 years. They have always been there for support, advice and to help with the vet bills. All staff so helpful on the front line in the shop. Have lots of information but honest if they are unable to answer the question. Very good communication on the phone on the pet insurance side and happy to explain the policy choices and help choose the best one for you and your pet. Reviewed on: 20th August 2020
