We found out earlier this year that our cat Fluffy had a heart murmur further tests revealed a thyroid problem . After trying treatment at home which brought about side effects our vet recommended Hydrathyroid Cat Centre @ Wetherby where he was treated successfully .Pet plan dealt with our claim quickly & efficiently excellent service and we would definitely recommend them Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Peace of Mind knowing our Best Friend is well covered

Easy to get a quote and insure. Fast no quibble service when we unfortunately had to make a claim for our pooch which was a stressful time enough for the family, but Petplan made sure they did not add to that stress by being easily accessible for help, guidance and payment. While premiums seem to have increased a bit more than we would like, we are not prepared to compromise the cover/healthcare of our VIP Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

I had to make a claim shortly after taking out insurance - but there was no problem and Petplan covered the cost (less excess) of my pet's treatment. I've renewed with them for another year. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Pet plan has been there for me from day one with my dog Bailey. We have had a rough ride Bailey and I with his health and pet plan have been there every step of the way. They are understanding, reassuring, supportive and most of all helpful. They are quick to pay out claims either directly to the vets or just as quick to reinburse fees that I had already paid out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner and I have in the past too. Well worth the money every month. It is such a good feeling to know when someone has your back in a terrible emotional time like when your pet is sick. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Been with them for last 5 years ,they do pay up no issues , what l dont like no claim in last 3 years insurance increases by large amount every year , Not happy customer . I have a large breed . But no claims on car insurance price of policy go down . They put it up. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Petplan has always responded quickly and with clear communication (text, email) about the claim procedure. I've had to rely on them a few times and I'm grateful everytime that their process works well, also making it easier on the vets to get the claims done.
