Excellent professional service

My cocker spaniel suffers from chronic hepatitis which requires medication, intermittent blood tests and veterinary examination. All claims made have been settled promptly and efficiently with payments being made direct to my veterinary practice. The standard of service I have received gives me peace of mind. Best decision I ever made!

Although PetPlan insurance seemed a little pricier than other options at first, I decided to trust all the positive reviews and have been with them for 9 years now. Great insurance company

I became a first time cat owner last year, when it came to setting up insurance and what I needed was puzzling at the time, I contacted petplan by telephone and they were fantastic, told me everything I needed to know, my petplan and what it includes. Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable.

My Vet usually deals with the claims but recently I had to contact Petplan about the death of my cat. I was concerned as due to Covid my Vet hadn't processed the claim and I had continued to pay the direct debit. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful, he explained everything clearly and arranged a (unexpected) refund, which I promptly received. I am due to collect a new kitten in a few weeks and will definately be using Petplan to insure him. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Hyperthyroidcentre

We found out earlier this year that our cat Fluffy had a heart murmur further tests revealed a thyroid problem . After trying treatment at home which brought about side effects our vet recommended Hydrathyroid Cat Centre @ Wetherby where he was treated successfully .Pet plan dealt with our claim quickly & efficiently excellent service and we would definitely recommend them Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Good experience all round.

Peace of Mind knowing our Best Friend is well covered

Easy to get a quote and insure. Fast no quibble service when we unfortunately had to make a claim for our pooch which was a stressful time enough for the family, but Petplan made sure they did not add to that stress by being easily accessible for help, guidance and payment. While premiums seem to have increased a bit more than we would like, we are not prepared to compromise the cover/healthcare of our VIP Reviewed on: 27th August 2020

Cost-effective & efficient

I had to make a claim shortly after taking out insurance - but there was no problem and Petplan covered the cost (less excess) of my pet's treatment. I've renewed with them for another year. Reviewed on: 27th August 2020
