Have used pet plan for 2 dogs over the last 20 years . Unfortunately had to use it when my first dog was hit by a car . Pet plan covered over 5000 pounds of treatment to ensure Jake made a full recovery! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Petplan was there when my cat was diagnosed with cancer

Katie 10 year old cat,she was diagnosed with mammory cancer,its never a welcome diagnosis.my budget was tight,but petplan paid the vet directly,which meant i could focus on Katie getting well.customer services are excellent and take the stress out of financial situation.Katie has recovered well and is jumping fences and being an active cat ,who i love.without Petplan insurance i would have had to make some tough choices. No hidden clauses

Pet plan is the only pet insurance where there isn’t clauses for this that and the other ! They pay the vets bill straight away and make it clear on what u pay and what they pay! It is a bit more expensive but it worth if ur pet should get ill! Company’s that tell u it’s cheap there is always a catch !! Pet plan is honest ! Which gets my vote ! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Pet Plan really cares about my pets.

I have two old spaniels one is nearly 14 yrs old and the other 13 yrs old and unfortunately their health now is not the best. Pet Plan have been wonderful when I have to claim for their medications and without them I would be at a loss as to how I could afford their treatments.My dogs are re-homers and I have had them for many years now I also have a bijhon frese who is blind my oldest spaniel is now blind also..I also have two cats which are re-homers and fortunately up until now they have kept good health but I know that if and when the time comes then Pet Plan will be there for us. Always had Petplan, now on my 4th dog. Always compassionate, only contact when absolutely necessary. Payment direct to vet, hassle free at times when you're more concerned about your pet. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Petplan is very upfront. It is honest about what is insured and what isn’t covered. They pay out promptly My vets practice use there direct claim line so they do all the form filling For me and liaise with Petplan on my behalf. Win win Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
